Alfa Not sure about the bottom half of this logo. I would just use the feather but place it somewhere a bit more tactfully. I'd definitely have the feather completely vectored as well! There are some really nice examples of vectored feathers online.

Bravo The placement of "design" feels award to me. Try playing with that arrangement more. Maybe it's all-caps as well.
