Very yellow, shouldn't the ceiling be darker than the floor?

It wasn't immediately clear that the lighter yellow is a patch of light.

Might be a way to make that a little clearer and it also doesn't help viewing in the square format. Been trying something new with illustration so thanks for the feedback. It's a big help
Where is your source of light coming from? The lighter patch of yellow is obviously the reflection of light from the skylight, but why isn't that patern on the wall and floor reflecting light towards the ceiling?
Don't really understand the question. The light is coming from the skylight, still thinking of the best way to show that this is supposed to emulate hard natural sun in a open room.
